The Chase 2007

Deep ruby red in colour, the nose has ripe plum, cassis and raspberry with nutty undertones. Flavours of plum and sweet berries show through on a palate that is structured with soft, fi ne tannins with a good balance between the oak and fruit. Excellent with lamb, chicken and pork dishes.
